Dates confirmed for Frodsham Football Festival 2023.
We are delighted to confirm the dates for our Festival of mini-soccer in 2023. This much-loved event, taking place over the weekend of Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 June.
The two days will feature both boys (mixed) and girls tournaments for U7s, U9s and U11s on Saturday 24 June from 10am, with the U8s, U10s and U12s boys (mixed) and girls tournaments taking place on Sunday 25 June from 10am. All age groups are based on the 2022/23 season.
Tournament format
The tournament will be structured as follows:
5-a-side with a maximum squad size of 10 for:
- U7s boys (mixed)
- U7s girls
- U8s boys (mixed)
- U8s girls
- U9s girls
7-a-side with a maximum squad size of 12 for:
- U9s mixed
- U10s boys (mixed)
- U10s girls
- U11s boys (mixed)
- U11s girls
- U12s boys (mixed)
- U12s girls
U7s mixed & girls and U8s mixed & girls are non-competitive with all participants receiving a medal.
All other age groups are competitive.
As with last years festival, we will have all the usual fun and games alongside many food and drinks stalls.
Places are limited so register early to avoid disappointment.

Entry fees are £50 per team.
Parking on the day will be £3 per car.
All age groups are based on the 2022/23 season.
No academy players.
