COVID -19: Test and Trace
COVID -19: Test and Trace
The UK Government has recently updated their guidance on maintaining records of staff, customers and visitors for certain settings in order to support the test and trace system, which officially launched on 24 September.
Frodsham JFC are classed as one of the specified settings. As a result, we have a requirement to display a QR code that managers, coaches & parents and other spectators can scan via the NHS COVID-19 app when they come to training and matches etc. The QR code will be displayed at the pitch entrances at both Helsby High School and Saltworks.
As a Club can we ask you to:
1. Adhere to the sites one way system at Helsby High School (in via yellow container, out via the other end if the hard courts).
2. Download the NHS COVID-19 app and scan the QR code when arriving at the site.
3. Supply your details to a team representative if you are unable to scan the QR code.
4. Adhere to social distancing guidance and rule of six.
The QR code only needs to be scanned by one person from each household or support bubble up to 6 people.
Adhering to the one way system will contribute hugely to the use of the QR code but given the number of people using the site, please check with those in your group zone if they have checked in etc.
Thank you all for your support in these challenging times.
